Bluebell Joinery Services were recommended to us by the landscape gardener, Maplewood Landscapes, who we had chosen to renew and extend an old existing patio. The service which we have received from Simon and Claire is outstanding.  Simon came to give us a quotation for a pergola which was to be on the new patio once laid. Simon said that he could build us any shape or size and specification that we wanted.  We wanted a solid roof on the pergola along with the rear and one side covered in slatted wood. Simon is a perfectionist in his work and the communication and advice we have received from both Simon and Claire is first class. Because of the working relationship which has been established between Maplewood Landscapes and Bluebell Joinery over many years we have benefited by both Companies completing our project in conjunction with each other.  This has meant that Simon built the initial structure of the pergola and then Maplewood came and laid the raised patio and then Simon came back immediately to complete the slatted wooden slats to the perfect height to meet the patio. Simon installed a loft hatch and ladder at our previous property years ago, we recently moved house and needed a loft hatch and ladder installing at our new property so it was a no brainer for us to reach out to Claire and Simon again for another quote. The communication from Claire was great and we cannot fault the work from Simon, he is very professional and leaves the area spotless afterwards. Bluebell joinery created an excellent decking area, and pergola with solid roof in our garden as discussed and agreed. Good workmanship carried out with quiet efficiency, very impressed with the end product. Simon and Claire provided a great service with good communication throughout. Simon turned up right on time.He looked like a chimney sweep when he left,despite wearing his PPE.The job was to to make and fit a bespoke ceiling hatch.He encountered around 110 years of accumulated soot etc when he cut into the ceiling,hence the “ chimney sweep” look,which didn’t faze him.Simon was quick,efficient and brought enough dust sheets for the whole house,but only needed a few for the stairs and landing.We would certainly call on him again if we need work to be done. 7/12/2023.

Thanks, Bluebell Joinery Services – came to my rescue, fence down the side of my house was falling down & in need of updating. Simon came to quote & carry out the work when he said he would.
