Simon your West Hull Handyman was asked by a customer in East Hull if he would look at putting a new roof on a car port.
The original one a corrugated plastic one had over time disintegrated and blown off.
Roof seen better days.
On inspection also the existing timber cross beams where all rotten, so it was decided to replace those also.
New cross beams in position.
After cross beams were fitted i laid new 12mm marine plywood on top and screwed down.

After plywood was fitted i laid out felt on roof, this was done in 4 pieces 1 metre wide. They were overlapped and nailed down with felt nails.

Customer was very pleased with result and while i was there i also fitted a large Flat screen TV bracket in customers bedroom.
